Meet Jeffrey

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) providing in-person and telehealth therapy to adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples, helping them navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change.

I am passionate about helping people understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be holding them back. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults on challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood management, relationship difficulties, and substance use. My own journey of 14 years in recovery has been a major influence in my work, giving me a unique perspective on the challenges clients face when striving for growth and change.

I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which help clients explore patterns, process past experiences, and build on their strengths to create meaningful change. While my focus is on individual therapy, and couples therapy, I have extensive experience facilitating group therapy. When I work with adolescents and young adults I’m happy to offer parent sessions when appropriate.
